-	New rule allows automatic fallback to GCC if the configured
	default compiler could not be found.

-	New autoconf test HAVE_SIGSET

-	max namelen for macros increased from 1024 -> 4096

-	comerr() now correctly prints error texts on BeOS.

WARNING: Do not use 'winzip' to extract the tar file!
	Winzip cannot extract symbolic links correctly.
