structure.
buffer with a URL pointing to a SAML assertion.
length of buffer.

buffer with hash of URL target.
Send a URL to a SAML assertion as authorization data,
including a hash used to make sure the retrieved data was the
intended data. This function may only be called inside a
send_callback set
by gnutls_authz_enable().
Returns 0 on success, or an error code on failures. If the supplied data was too long (the authorization extension only support 64kb large URLs), GNUTLS_E_INVALID_REQUEST is returned.
