FinfoMDS
This is the development version of FinfoMDS; to use it, please install the devel version of Bioconductor.
Multidimensional Scaling with F-ratio for microbiome visualization

F-informed MDS is a new multidimensional scaling-based ordination method that configures data distribution based on the F-statistic (i.e., the ratio of dispersion between groups with shared or differing labels).

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')
BiocManager::install("FinfoMDS")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
