_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

hgug4110bPFAM is an R environment that provides mappings between a
manufacturer id and the associated Pfam ids.

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

Each manufacturer id maps to a named vector of Pfam ids. The name
for each Pfam id is the IPI accession numbe where this Pfam id is
     found.

If the Pfam is a named NA, it means that the associated Entrez
Gene id of this manufacturer id is found in an IPI entry of the
IPI database, but there is no Pfam id in the entry.

If the Pfam is a non-named NA, it means that the associated Entrez
Gene id of this manufacturer id is not found in any IPI entry of
     the IPI database.
