This is the development version of ChIPXpressData; for the stable release version, see ChIPXpressData.
ChIPXpress Pre-built Databases
Bioconductor version: Development (3.23)
Contains pre-built mouse (GPL1261) and human (GPL570) database of gene expression profiles to be used for ChIPXpress ranking.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.6") and enter:
